Requesting a refund.

Offer conditions:

• The refund, depending on your card type, is paid quarterly for a maximum monthly quantity of litres of fuel purchased per month at the selected networks' stations.
• The fuel payment must be for a vehicle belonging to the holder of the Veritas card used to pay for the fuel.
• The refund is made after sending a copy of the receipt showing the amount paid, the fuel and the registration plate.
• Each refund request must be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days after the fuel payment made with the VERITAS Mastercard® card.
• Offer reserved for Veritas customers, limited to one VERITAS Mastercard® card per household.
• Excluded from the offer: LNG fuels, vehicles not registered in Europe, purchases not made in EUROS, and people working directly or indirectly for one of the selected networks.
• Offer valid on petrol SP95, SP98, diesel and electric charging points! (LNG is excluded from the offer)
• Can be combined with any other promotional offer
• The list of selected station networks may change without notice.
• Card Veritas management reserves the right at any time and without notice to 1) suspend this offer at any time, 2) exclude any person from offers and promotions in the event of non-compliance with the terms of use, 3) limit the maximum quantities covered by the offer.
